Feedback wanted: what would make my PSX NPC pack more useful for Vol. 2?

I'm planning Vol. 2 of a PS1-style NPC pack and would love input from people making retro / horror games.

Vol. 1 has 44 rigged characters (22 everyday townsfolk + an infected version of each) on one 17-bone humanoid rig with 35 shared in-place animations (walk, sit, phone, carry, scared, zombie walk/crawl/attack…).

Questions:

  • Which professions or character types are missing for your game (kids, soldiers, firefighters, cultists, hospital patients…)?
  • Which animations would you actually use?
  • Do the zombies read well at PS1 resolution, or should the damage be stronger?

You can look at every character, outfit and animation in the free browser demo: https://sh4rkdev.itch.io/psx-townsfolk-zombies-web-demo (free sample with 3 characters: https://sh4rkdev.itch.io/everyday-npcs-free-sample).

Disclosure: the pack is AI-assisted (procedurally generated in Blender with AI-written scripts), reviewed by hand in Godot and Unity, and it's disclosed on the page.
