Nice game! It kind of feels like, "Join us, because there are so many of us... or else!" o.Ó haha.
I think it has a really focused gameplay loop, which is a good thing! The art also does a great job of capturing that dystopian atmosphere, especially with the brutalist city design. Really nice work, I have to say! I didn't quite understand the upgrade system, but that's okay!
