If someone is unconscious for more than a minute, you need to call emergency services. That person needs to go to a hospital. Any amount of unconsciousness from a blow to the head probably warrants seeing a doctor. You are perpetuating dangerous misinformation.
I know it doesn't seem of consequence what you portray in this game, but the harmful idea you can knock people out and they'll just sleep it off is already so widespread and we should be fighting it.
It also seemed very unnecessary to the story that she was actually unconscious and not just dazed or injured. Please change it. It was kind of an absurd sequence of events anyway.
