Concept: it has a bit of a loose tie to the theme, but I like the idea.

Gameplay: I don't have a very deep knowledge of american history so I'm not sure I can appreciate this game to it's fullest, but I like always like games like this, had fun. I feel like the game should be a bit more transparent with the results of the decisions, not 100% transparent, but there could be some vague indicators of what the public opinion is and how's the federal buget and stuff.

Art: the aesthetic was really cool I like it a lot. Some text was overlapping which made things harder to read though.

Audio: very fitting background music, gave a lot to the vibe.

Overall it's a cool little game albeit not super relevant to the theme.

Developer

Thank you for playing my game and I apologise for the blurry text and the bugginess! ðŸ˜…

This is a really interesting take on the theme. I went through two times to see if my choices made a difference, and was very pleased to see that they did. I wasn't sure how accurate it was to my decisions though. I think I chose to abolish slavery, and then the ending text contradicted that. Even so, it is a very cohesive package with a very strong atmosphere. Nice work!

Thank you for playing my game, and sorry for the confusion caused! Will be more thorough next time! :)

As a big fan of Hamilton and also political sims, I found the scenarios (even if highly make believe) to be interesting and choices having some weight.

I played through twice and ended up with an Imperial Republic both times, so Hamilton probably would have been proud.

My only feedback is that it is a lot of text, and I had to go full screen to read it, but doing that made the text blurry and difficult to read.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback, and I apologise for the text! Will keep this in mind next time I'm doing something similar! Thanks again for playing my game :D
