How much caffeine is in that coffee that we were just lifting boulders like it was a napkin!? 😂 Really cool atmosphere. When the door opened up to endless doors, I knew it was game over for me. I love liminal space and backrooms type stuff. This felt very backrooms. Well done.
I like the atmosphere, ambience and visual style but I was not able to find the key to the Pantry, so I didn't get to experience the story.
Thank you for the kind words!
HINT: in the coffee shop, go up the stairs and take a look there, it will be on the floor close to one of the tables :)
I hope you give the game another chance!
Very different game entry in the jam! Loved the visuals but sadly i could not find the key to pantry i looked everywhere outside, upstairs and tried boss room but nowhere. I wish there could be a bit more guidance to this would have helped.
Thank you for the kind words! In Hindsight maybe it would have been better to color the Key a bit differently.

Super cool visual style and sound effects! Loved the athmosphere. Gameplay a bit tricky but fun
Thank you! Yes, especially the last room is a bit tricky, but I hope you still had fun :)
Good game! I sucked at the last section lol
As feedback I found it a bit unintuitive to have to press Q to advance in dialogue instead of using E like the interact button.
I also thought it would've been nice if the text-boxes were a bit more differentiated to indicate who is speaking (or give the speakers different colors in the text-box)
I also think some fonts in the world might need to be scaled up a bit, since they are very hard to read in this pixelated style.
But I loved the sounds and aesthetics!
Thank you for the kind words! Yes, the last room is a challenge :D I will definetly try to tone down the difficulty in my next games :)
Fun twist with the long hall, I couldn't get past the knives! Some really interesting use of vignette, especially that red halo look. This is the 2nd psx style rendering I've seen, I really need to look into how its done! Great job.
Thank you for playing! The knives seem to have bested a lot of players, I will defiently try to balance everything better in my next games.
Regarding the visual style, the game is rendered at a lower resolution and I adapted this shader to work on current Unity versions

The Low Poly models were a really godd match with this art style!
I do not usually excel at these types of games but I did manage to finish this one with very minimal frustration, despite the difficulty, mainly due to very graceful respawn times. For me, the difficult parts of the game required some trial and error, which I think may be intended by the creator.
The visuals are very stylistic, which is a choice that I did have to get used to once I found out that the mechanics were not only running around and finding ingredients for coffee, but once I had wrapped my head around it, it did add a fun level of difficulty to the gameplay.
Spoilers
The jumpscare and the level of thrill/horror was very manageable, while still keeping me entertained.
TL:DR
Very enjoyable game, while difficult at times, with an amazing atmosphere perfect for Halloween.
Thank you for the kind words and for playing! Glad you enjoyed it despite the difficulty :)
Sadly unplayable in its current state. The visual quality and rendering are extremely rough, to the point where I couldn't properly engage with or play the game. Needs significant visual polish and cleanup.
Thanks for the feedback! Yes the visual quality is low but that is actually intentional to give it a unique feeling and look, like it's from an older era.
I'd put the visual quality at about PS1 level, it has not stopped any of the play testers from completing the game...
