The prop uses an AI-assisted raster workflow; it is a concept, not a finished 32×32 tileset. My reference rate is US$25/hour. Your brief requests full commercial rights: would this workflow be acceptable, or do you need entirely hand-authored pixels? If it fits, I would confirm the reference, fixed test fee, timing and revision allowance before starting.
