Wow, as a fnaf myself, this game is incredible. The concept of this game is so insane, playing checkers with your dead wife while constantly checking the vent for monster. Playing a board game has never been this stressful lol. The tension alone makes this game so interesting
But I gotta be honest, I didnt finish the game despite trying so many times because I kept getting killed by the monster, I just couldn't figure out why. Was I looking at the vent for too long? Was I checking it too frequently? Or can the monster hide somewhere outside the vent that I didn't notice? Or maybe it's just a skill issue lol
Overall, this game deserves way more ratings. The concept is incredibly creative, so underrated. Great job!

What a pretty hidden gem!
This was, perhaps, the most intense game of checkers I’ve ever played—and I got completely shut out. Luckily, the flashlight stayed on the whole time, because I was shaking it like a maraca.

To be honest, this is a very creative approach to horror—something between *Five Nights at Freddy's* and *Buckshot Roulette*. I genuinely liked everything about this game, despite the sparse graphics. Everything looks very authentic.

I’m not sure how this concept would work as a full-fledged game, but I had a great time playing it during the game jam—thanks! I’ll be back later to beat that bitch!

Great concept! Im not gonna lie, I'm terrible at checkers and was unable to beat the ai lol, so I did not get to see the ending. But I like the balance of having to check the vent and shake the flashlights. I didn't really understand why the gun was there. Was there a particular reason for killing myself/my wife?

Overall, great vibes, great game loop, good job!

hey no problem! And thank you so much. To answer your question in the “lore” she’s haunting you, and the gun is there once you’ve beaten her, or if you have decided it’s been too much… but regardless thanks for playing!

Didn't really know what to expect, but was actually pretty creep and fun, was delightfully surprised by how on edge I was throughout the game. Also apparently checkers is harder than I remember
