ok, after I tried morsing w v multiple times, this time it worked... I'm confused. EDIT: Ok, we got one puzzle further but nothing happened, even when the morsed letters turned green.

If you think you did it right but nothing happened, you might not be close enough or you might be in the wrong spot.
There are a few things to know that might be what confused you.
First, you need to send all the right letters at once, without a break like moving or jumping as it tells the game you’ve stopped sending Morse. You can see it when the guide disappears, if you have one or the faint light around the player if not.
Second, if one letter is wrong, you need to start the whole sequence again or it won't be valid.
Last, a green letter only means the game recognized it, not that it’s the right letter for the puzzle. And there’s no feedback yet for the whole sequence, unfortunately, only the letters the frog is showing you.
