One honest note, since you found the fault class rather than just the four symptoms: the other room, The Library Rope, still runs the older engine. Same question-draft bug, no guard on what counts as a choice, and its ending still comes from a hardcoded rule instead of verdict data. I'm porting this fix into it next.
