On a personal note, I spent years dealing with an undiagnosed illness, going through countless doctor visits, medical tests, and analyses trying to figure out the root of my symptoms. I know firsthand how tough it is for doctors to uncover the truth—and not just, as Dr. House says, because "everybody lies." Because of that, your core gameplay really resonates with me.
I am also particularly impressed by how you overcame technical hurdles using vibe-coding; I honestly assumed you were a professional game dev! I can't wait to see how embedded AI for NPCs can revolutionize game design and enrich the overall storytelling experience for players.
