Old projects allowed?

hi, I submitted an old project to your game jam:

I think it fits the theme and old projects are not explicitly disallowed, so I hope it’s ok. If it’s not, please let me know and I’ll hide it again. This project has already been delisted before as I didn’t have time to remove the AI placeholders, so maybe it is cursed 😅😅😅

In my opinion it should be in the rules that it’s banned, but in the past I’ve seen games created months ago submitted to Aristos jams

There is no rule dictating whether you use previous projects. Just look at Shadow Fist for Aristos Interactive Jam #3 https://share.google/CuAThYL7afrTfWWQo

That game was made 31st march whereas the jam started on 24th April

Thank you for bringing this up, currently there is no rule against using existing projects, so it is more than welcome for this jam (as long as it is theme fitting).

We are discussing this internally further, so it may be different for future jams.
