I'm making an arena game using your 32rogues sprites. The game is a battle sandbox where your characters fight each other. I don't have programming knowledge, so I used the AI assistant Claude to write the game's code. The AI only wrote the code. I'm using your sprites as the game's art.
To be clear about how I use your work:
- Your art is NOT used to train any AI or machine learning model.
- The game has nothing to do with NFTs or blockchain.
- I will not share or sell your sprite files on their own. They are only inside the game.
I'd like to release the game publicly, including on Google Play. I will credit you clearly as "Art: 32rogues by Seth Boyles" with a link to your page, and I'll keep you updated on the game's progress so it can bring you some visibility as well.
Is it okay for me to release the game this way? A short written reply would be a great help, since I'd like to keep it as confirmation for the release.
