Checked it on the new build (20047054): ran your ?debug autopilot to the win card 3 times. Score, BEST, and the saved best matched every time (3525, 3465, 3665). In the first run 200 points landed after the boss kill (3325 -> 3525) and all of them were saved, NEW BEST showed, and 0 page errors. Fixed.
The only small thing left from my earlier list: Enter still does nothing on the YOU DID IT card (Space works), while it works on the title and game-over screens. One more 'else if (state === "win") adBreak(startRun);' in the Enter branch would cover it.
