I loved the UI, the newspaper, the fonts, everything was extremely well presented. I just had no real idea what I was doing, I thought i was opening the oxygen pretty far but ran out of air haha. Very well done!

Historical Accuracy
Based on Explorer II's real flight from south dakota on 11 nov 1935. Historical altitude records, period music, and archival radio recordings establish the setting, while the manually-operated ballast, gas valves, oxygen supplies, and instruments bring the challenges of stratospheric flight into the gameplay.
Thematic Relevance
The game explores an older space race than the one many people are familiar with, the 1930s race to the stratosphere. Competing against the American and Soviet records connects the theme to an earlier era of national rivalries, scientific ambition, and danger.
Disclaimers
Public-domain historical recordings, CC0 sound effects from Freesound and Kenney, fonts under SIL OFL
