really cool stuff, I found the rhythms at the start always wanting to find the 4/4 but never being allowed to. I do feel for somewhere with heavier rocking it might actually be nice for a big drop to bring it into 4/4 for a breakdown and really let it ride out but I can totally understand the creative decision to keep it as you’ve done it
Very interesting piece , though I didn’t super get flight vibes mostly fight an even then I didn’t feel like I was about to get jumped

I see what you mean with the 4/4 part. It could be quite satisfying in pure musical sense to resolve the rhythmic tension.
I wanted it all to be a bit uncomfortable as to embody the feeling of "fight or flight"
It wasn't supposed to be about an actual fight nor fleeing/flying. I meant the song to be about the physical feeling of a fight or flight response.
hope that makes any sense lol. I could've been a bit more clear in my description with that.
But yeah you're right there isn't really a "flight" section to the song since it's kind of a different interpretation of the theme.
