I bought it on cluster and emailed with user name but have not got a response, how long does it normally take?
I would say double-check the email you sent it to, and double-check the username you sent. You can see all details on the site, but I'll just put the email detail here too, too:
After purchase, email your Cluster Nickname to eccm.a4@gmail.com
Edit 1: maybe worth checking your Inbox thoroughly, too - it shouldn't be in spam, but you may as well check each inbox to be sure.
