How does your song embody the theme "fight or flight"?
Taking the two words separately, I created one section of flight and one section of fight. I imagine something soaring over the ocean, on it's way to an inevitable, unavoidable battle. The flight section has it's float-like feeling, while the fight section has it's chaos.
