Wow that's a scary one but well made. Sounds are a bit too loud for me. But concept is good

Managed to beat it now. Was a lot of fun and so much content! It took me a while to beat the last level, often i lost my bullet and had to kill myself but i finally got it done! :)

Developer

thx so much for spending so much time on my game, I honestly should have explained the bullet/wall mechanic more on the tutorial however I ran out of time to add it, so I added the hint on the itch page instead. The bullet problem was also an issue noted by CaptainCoder, I honestly should have spent more time play testing it. Thx again for spending so much time on my game, despite it probably being frustrating, I really do appreciate it.

no stress, your game is awesome! Its a jam so these kind of problems are expected. Actually Im surprised you managed to pack so much stuff in such little time. So no wonder there wasn’t time left for a tutorial haha

Thx so much for the encouragement:)

With the exception of the bullet getting lost, I really loved this game. With a little more polish and mechanics, I think this would make a really interesting stealth puzzle horror game.

Nice work!

Developer

Thx so much for taking out time to stream this, I really appreciate the effort you put into play testing the game, and I'll def work on the bullet problem. Again thx so much

The blind mechanic is very cool, and the way the world shows with the echolocation when you shout is great. I basically died to the first monster as I couldn't really figure out what needed to be done (but horror games are very much NOT MY THING)

Developer(+1)

Thx for the feedback, i'll be sure to make the game easier next time

Not sure if that's needed based just on my feedback, this is just not really the style of game I usually play. I am much more a cozy gamer, and play most games on story mode if available :)

Developer

Still thx alot for the feedback and I should props also think about casual players more too in making this game:)

Cool game, the main blind mechanic is really powerful and interesting ! crazy to pull out this in 3 days

the child killing however felt unecessary

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Sorry, if that made you feel uncomfortable, I wanted to make it feel very glory and yeah making this in 3 days felt like hell

no damage really it is ok and there were a lot of warnings abt it before so it is ok but I thought it was going to impact the rest of the game, which was not, so that's why to me it was not necessarily obliged. but yeah this helps setting the mood so maybe it makes sense.

Yeah, I was originally planning to make players jump onto the baby’s dead body to get past the wall, but I realised that players kept killing it in the wrong spot. I didn’t have time to fix it, so I changed the mechanic to make players shoot the wall and then jump onto the bullet instead. Next time I will also add more how killing the child effect the main character's mental stability, thanks alot for the feedback I really appreciated it

I love the idea of this game but it took me a while to somewhat grasp what’s going on and even then i couldn’t manage to get past the spawn area.

If you want to keep working on this it could become a really cool game!

(and of course i like ripping people’s eyeballs out and stuffing them into my eye sockets!)

Developer

thx so much, yeah your meant to shoot on the wall to jump ontop the bullet, kinda forgot it in the turial

ohhh. Wait let me try that
