Congrats on the jam! Very earned, for how addicted I got to this after my first play!
I do feel like the enemies are slightly over powered, since killing the deer or clouds takes up so much energy and I can't reasonably run from them. My best playthroughs are just the ones where I get lucky and they don't appear, or I can shoot off a firebolt and light a tree in the distance for the cloud to chase.
I've thus far only beaten it once, and admittedly, I kinda cheesed it. Realized that if you don't skip the intro tutorial and don't do any shift-dashing, it seems like it doesn't fully load up the enemies until you're nearly warm enough, so I was able to power up quick and burn a large chunk of forest to just run through and gather fuel then take out the tree. Trying to do it authentically too!
