[Blender, Houdini, ZBrush, Substance Painter] [Free] 3D Artist Looking to Help Indie Devs

I’m an aspiring 3D artist and game development enthusiast. I’m currently developing my skills across various 3D tools, including Blender, Houdini, ZBrush, and Substance Painter, and I’m looking to gain practical experience by helping indie developers with their projects.

I’m happy to contribute my time completely for free. I’m not looking for payment or a share of the profits. I simply enjoy creating interesting things, learning new techniques, and helping others bring their ideas to life.

I’m particularly interested in creating game props and environments, procedural modeling, tools, and other 3D assets for games. I’m also interested in the technical side of 3D art and the possibilities of procedural workflows. However, I’m also open to working on animation, rigging, and sculpting.

I’m still learning, and I won’t pretend to be a professional. I’m actively exploring Houdini, working with geometry, attributes, and procedural tools. I’m also learning Substance Painter to expand my texturing skills and improve my overall 3D workflow.

I’m willing to learn a project’s requirements, take constructive criticism, and refine my work based on feedback.

I’d be glad to join a small team of enthusiasts or help an indie developer who occasionally needs an extra hand with 3D work.

If you’re working on a small game project and could use some free help with modeling or procedural assets, feel free to leave a comment or message me on Telegram: @samiirusu.

I’d love to hear about the projects you’re working on and the ideas you’re bringing to life!

Hey! I came across your post about offering free 3D art for indie games.

I'm developing STONEFALL, a 2D pixel-art survival game set in a prehistoric world, and I'm putting together a serious indie development team.

I know your focus is 3D, but I wanted to ask if you also have experience with 2D art or would be interested in contributing to a 2D project.

We're working without upfront payment, with the possibility of a revenue-sharing agreement if the game becomes commercial.

Would you be interested in chatting?
