More advanced build uploading options

Hi! While doing testing in the Itch.io app, I noticed that the build publishing process has limited options.

For example, it would be really useful to publish multiple builds together (like Linux and Windows at the same time); it would also be a great addition to be able to time the release of a build to match the time of release of other platforms.

Additionally, adding a patch note to a bulk (or a simple upload) build upload would be cool.

Can you explain what you mean by this? There's nothing stopping you from doing two pushes at the same time

Well, unless I didn’t notice it in the app UI, maybe it’s not clear enough and I missed it, but i didn’t find an option to publish both branch builds at the same time, but this probably could be a thing just with the programmed release of a build at a set timestamp.

You can already do this with butler if you don't mind a small script. Push each platform to its own channel with the same --userversion so they show up as one release, and run the pushes back to back (or in parallel) from a CI job. There is no scheduled release as far as I know, but a script that runs at the time you want gets you close.

The issue with running a script at a certain time is that i find it kinda easy to forget one day. Specifically if you set a specific hour for the release.
