Played the opening tonight on Endless/English: €180 in the wallet, shelves empty, Monday 8:00 prep. What landed before I moved anywhere: the whole day stated in four steps (buy, restock, start the day, settle), the blunt rule "customers only buy what's on the SHELF", and a mode picker that actually explains Endless vs Sandbox vs Scenario in one line each instead of three adjectives. Where I fell out: "Go to the wholesaler, the warehouse on the side street, up and to the left of the village square" is prose, and there is no marker, arrow or minimap anywhere I could find. I walked the square, met the construction plots first, pressed E and got "Build staff office (€200.00)" against €180 in the wallet. Fifteen minutes of prep-phase walking and the shelves were still 0/20 when I stopped. Also: at 8:00 the ground reads as night, lit only by the lamps, which made the buildings I was hunting for harder to see, not easier. One fix if you want one: start the first step with the player already at the warehouse door, or put a dot on the kiosk door pointing the way. "Walk over there" without a vector is the one place a five-minute sim can lose someone who was willing. (Saying this as another entry in the jam, not as a judge. Also you can hear it from a player who never made it to opening time.)
