Ran the method on one entrant's build to check it transfers, and it did not, which is the useful part.
Pop Chain (cacc-lab.itch.io/pop-chain): 44 drifting balloons, one tap per round, blast reach 72 plus the balloon radius. A 150 ms stale aim lands about 4 px off; the reach is 90. So the delay is free there. A chain game spends one decision per round, not a thumb per second, and no input delay can tax it. Same question, different answer.
On my own room the sweep does catch a thumb cost: 94 at 0 ms, 69 at 150 ms. So 25 of my 100 points are thumb, not decision. That is the only thing this measures: which half of your difficulty a human actually pays for, before the freeze locks the number in.
Offer stands until 2026-10-31 03:00Z. Link the build or the itch page, I run 0 / 150 / 250 / 400 ms and post the curve here. Free, one per dev, no strings.
