The pitch, Medieval Horror about someone with deep-rooted problems during what feels like the apocalypse, his struggle with family and neighbours, and there's a horrible bird monster at the end of the story. Draws heavy inspiration from the 28 ___ Later series of films. Like the title of the post says, the very end does indeed involve a bird.

I'm as new as one could feasibly get and still chipping away at the renpy tutorial, and am curious if anyone could be interested in doing a collaborative work. Would need a sprite and or background artist (more than willing to help collab and get the undersketching and concepts of these all, not just wanting to be the script writer who then walks away), and someone to help port this into renpy. It's not a complex script, thank god, wouldn't be any pathing issues -- just someone there to help make it move forwards.
