Uhh, when I first got it, I just went to do the backshot and after cumming would ask to continue which I would then used the pill during it.
When did u first get backshots, before pills released or after they did, and did u use the pill before or after backshots and how did u (am trying to 100% the game i have everything except the 2nd round for nebby backshots😭)
I think pills released though, have the pill but didn't use, only in the backshot did it come up to ask to continue. That's pretty much it.
