Popularity doesn't mean quality. Mass spam just means people farming views with templates, not that it's actually good. Millions of copies for clout don't make trash a masterpiece.

The trash is your comments, you all keep writing the same thing. If it weren’t a masterpiece, it wouldn’t be so widely promoted, and the images wouldn’t get thousands of views. It’s such a masterpiece that even people are trying to create content farms to get maximum profit from it, because people love it incredibly. Do you need proof?

If it were a masterpiece you wouldn't have to beg people to accept it. Saying our comments are trash just proves you got hurt. Furthermore, everyone writes the same thing; it's because those are the facts and it's the truth.
