To restock: you buy new items at the wholesaler, then you go back to the computer in the kiosk and fill the shelves there. In the main version of Kiosk Days there is now a tutorial that shows this step by step. A mini-map is a really good idea, it really can be hard to find your way at the beginning. I put it on my list!
