- Review for the jam -
Controls - First of all, thank you for accounting for keyboards that can't press all those keys at the same time. This was very considerate and doesn't make your game 'less worse'. The only thing that bothers me is that there's no hint or clue to understand the keys. You have to take your time to know where they are, adapt, and then they change again after 45 secs. I couldn't finish it and I'm playing every game for 20-ish minutes. The controls are bad, don't get me wrong, but they are unfair. I also get the explanation, the computer is supposed to be glitching, but it still should be a bit less cheaply punitive. Maybe if you kept the randomness and added more key possibilities, like the whole keyboard getting assigned to different directions and you choosing which ones you found better.
Art - Yeah it's like vomit on a screen. Also it's nice that you used different fonts.
Sound - The music becomes bad, and the metal pipe is funny, but to put a person screamming nonstop when you lose is not cool. There's no rule against it, but I don't see the effort in that. Maybe if you put more sound effects on the interactions (like a brick dragging sfx when you move the mouse).
Creative Badness - I can't give a higher rating because of the things I listed above, but it's pretty creative, I like it.
Theme - It fits almost perfectly. More on the computer helper part than on mama's part.
Edit: I replayed and locked-in and got a score of 6. I guess your game doesn't have an ending? Anyways, my time's up!
