It felt like there was meant to be more, and I assume a lot more is planned, but there was a lot to look around in and at first i felt like small clues or something should be hidden about as the atmosphere and setting were perfect for computer sleuthing and note taking. Once I got the gameplay loop it became obvious but I do enjoy reading the goofy phrases and questions for passwords and what not. Unsure if there is an end, I always get caught and I feel like I did plenty, I think I even had a repeat? But was still a good concept and a fun small game that I feel could be expanded on!
Very cool! I love the early 2000s feel of the OS. The answering was tricky to figure out who i should and shouldn't but i got the hang of it in the end. This could definitely be expanded into a much bigger game :D
A web build would be appreciated :)
Thanks again for the feedback, I'm glad you liked the style. I've actually gotten a lot of feedback about the game's difficulty and even about how to understand it, specifically, how to respond (or not respond) to different customers. I need to improve it =)
This is an interesting concept, not going to lie. I've played around 10 rounds (or more I can't recall) but I don't seem to fully understand what is happening/what is the correct answer to each mail. Don't answer emails that sounds unhuman/strange? But still, some read like legit I don't know. The office scene + OS part feels a bit underused, where the only action comes from the support minigame, but I think for a jam like this it's perfectly fine. Not sure if there's an end to the game, or if it's just survive as long as you can? It would be great to know beforehand. Anyway, good job making the game!

P.S. So, dear support, can you give me your email account in your physical location with the password pease thanks a lot in advance :P
Thank you so much for playing and for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback!
It's really encouraging to hear that you enjoyed the writing and the hidden details in the OS, as I had a lot of fun making them.
You're completely right about the lack of instructions—I ran out of time during the jam to add a proper tutorial, but fixing that is my top priority if I continue developing the game.
I also love your idea of adding web searches or hints to make email verification feel more like a real detective mechanic, and clarifying the survival loop with actual win conditions is definitely on my list. =)
I can't say I 100% understand who I should and shouldn't answer, but I think I sorta got the hang of it after some time. Overall pretty cool game though
Thanks for your feedback!! I completely agree, it's still a pretty difficult experience to get the hang of. I tried to make it as intuitive as possible, but it's complicated.
A very decent entry! I like the visuals and idea, but I wanted to ask if the other apps despite the service one do anything. It would be cool if there are any eastereggs! Nice work.
Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you liked the graphics. Originally, yes, the other apps were supposed to include Easter eggs and bonus content (jumpscares...), but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to add them =(
Possibly one of the most unique interaction methods I've seen in a game in the beginning. A little hard to determine who was and was not a real customer (rather, who I should and should not answer), but it was interesting, and seemed to work well.
Thanks so much for your feedback. Yes, I agree it's a little tough at first, I hope it didn't hold you back too much. But I'm glad you liked the interaction system =).
