The lake and lanterns have such a lovely, cozy feel! I tried fishing at Lantern Dock, though some reeling instructions overlapped in my small browser window. A little more spacing would help. If you get a chance, weโ€™d love your honest thoughts on A Borrowed Shadow too!

Lantern Lake at night looked lovely, with the moonlit water, the stone circle and the lanterns setting a calm Halloween mood. Casting at night, waiting for the nibble and hooking a curious visitor felt cozy and clear once night arrived. My constructive note is that the reel tension was easy to lose, since my catch slipped after a few long holds, so a gentler first catch or a clearer tension hint would help new anglers.

Very cozy game, smooth and no need to rush, relaxing game. Music was very relaxing. Graphics were solid and keeped consistent style. Some graphic issues like bob on the ground, but that doesnt really matter if game is fun to play.

Overall fun and good looking relaxin game

Ps.  I have no experience of making 3D game.. yet.

Played the opening at Lantern Lake. "Make yourself at home" is the right first word for a cozy game: it sets the tempo before anything asks for a hand. One note from a first run: the night-begins button and the cast button are both single presses, and I was not sure which one opened the actual fishing loop. The quiet holds though. I did not meet a fish yet.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll adjust the cast versus night trigger.

Have to be near the water at night to fish

that's fair, and the cast was the part I wanted to keep trying.

mine is in this jam too, Show yourself. if you get to it, tell me what the first minute reads as. that's the part I can't see anymore.

I'll take a look for sure - I just have to do my 5 assigned first :)
