You came up with so many creative ways for this poor guy to die lol! I did get a little overwhelmed with the options, as when you died and restarted, you would have to remember all of the right options you chose again to continue from where you left off. But, apart from that it was a fun and spooky experience!
Thank you and Im glad you liked it! Yeah, haha, coming uo with with all the death ends was the best part
It’s incredibly interesting what can be done in RPG Maker. It’s a shame there aren’t more sound effects to help with immersion, but it has the potential to become a very immersive experience in the future. I hope you’ll be able to expand the game once the jam is over. Good luck!
Thank you! Yes I think I will continue to work on it or a game similar to this, the idea was very fun. I wish I had more time to add some more SE and some more visuals
Very fun game! I love trying to get the wrong answers to see what would happen lol. I do wish that it just goes to the previous option instead of all the way to the start since it feels a bit repetitive after a while. Great storytelling overall and I love the art! I do wish there were more visuals and audio but completely understandable in a game jam setting! Great work!
Thank you! Yes, I did consider only going back to the last choice and not from the start, but I wanted to make this game a little dificult, maybe that wasnt the right choice. It confused me as well when I tested the game
That's fair! Playtesting is very hard to do in a game jam setting xD
Haha poor guy, he gets no break. This game low key teaches you to always take the safe option in life. Nice work!
Thank you! Yeah, he goes through a lot :)
I like your art. Nice :)
Thank you!
did you make this with ren'py?
I loved the writing, but it gets way too iterative, if you choose the wrong choice
Hi, thank you! And no, I did this in RPGmaker
Hey man! can you take a look at my game?
and let me know how is it?
