Does this game jam support the use of prebuilt assets from asset stores, or should all assets be built during the period of this Game Jam

I mean thats pretty standard practice for game jams. I assume the only limitation is making sure those pre-made assets weren't made by GenAi

Yep you can use pre made assets, i find it helpful to list what assets you used when you submit too
