Theme
Hollow Hall traps players in a repeating cycle of exploration, danger, and death. Each new loop offers another chance to escape, but survival depends on learning from past mistakes and making better decisions.
Limitations
Faust: Players must sacrifice the doors they have already passed through, permanently losing access to previous rooms. Every decision limits future routes and forces players to carefully plan their path to the exit. Shared Experience: The game explores the fear of being alone in a silent, empty place while sensing an unseen presence nearby. Through eerie silence, unsettling environments, and an Entity that moves as players change rooms,

Really liked the art style and overall presentation! The maze gameplay was fun too. I just wish there were a few more horror elements to build up the tension. Great visual work!
The game look so good! Like really good! But man, My pc ran like I mining sum bit coin ToT
Great job on the game tho! Also this is my liking but the game need a bit more... Horror :D I love to see more anomaly
I'm glad you like it! Actually, I had planned to make this game have more elements of horror before. But I needed to do something that's uncanny + liminal space, so it came out like SCP + Backrooms. To be honest, I’m actually quite easily frightened by horror games, which is probably why I didn’t include enough scary elements. That said, your feedback is very useful. I’ll definitely keep it in mind for future development. Thanks for playing our game! 🙏❤️✨
one more feedback I could give is the player character's hitbox is too big, Sometime you will stuck when walking pass the chair or other obj.
and thanks for making PEAK GAME o7
Sure! This is the one thing I need to fix when the jam ends. Thank you so much for the feedback on this 🥹🙏
2D Art is very nice to look at :D
This game fits the 'loop' theme really well. Even though I have motion sickness while playing, it was really fun to play! Our suggestion is to make the in-hand objects a bit smaller for us to see things clearer😻
I need to apologize for the motion in first-person view. I think it's should have setting for this to not have too much movement, and about the hand object, I will took it on checklist that I need to improve. Thank you for playing our game and for your valuable feedback! 🥹🥹🙏❤️✨
I really like the 2D art. game felt polished. <3 Art :3
I'm glad you like the art, I really put effort into this. Thank you for playing our game, I hope you enjoy it🥹🙏✨
The PNG ghost was 2spooky4me (I'm not good with 3D horror ;_;). The art quality was amazing. I especially like how seamlessly you mixed 2D with 3D. I didn't even realize the hands were 2D at first.
As for the gameplay, I felt like the signs on the doors weren't very clear about what they meant or whether they even mattered. In my playthrough, almost every door had a maximum danger sign on it. Admittedly, this added to the fear factor, but it also made me feel like my decisions didn't matter and it was all just RNG.
That said, very polished game for something made in just 7 days. Awesome stuff!
Thank you for playing our game! 🥹🥹🙏✨
I understand that the sign may confuse you. I think I need to describe the sign more to show the game logic, like I set Normal if the entity is more than 4 rooms away from the door, Caution between 3 and 4 rooms, and Danger between 1 and 2 rooms. That's why you see every door has maximum danger, because the entity is really near every door. By the way, I think your opinion is right that it makes it kinda RNG. Thank you for your comment again. I will improve it for sure! ❤️❤️
love the game , art is also amazing
Thank you for your compliment ☺️💖🙏 Hope you enjoy the game!
I really love the gameplay. It is simple but (i don't know what to call) it has to think before go to any room. The room might be too repetitive and I feel obstacles' hitbox is too big (some time I stuck between them and cannot move forward) . The visual is really great! Blend of 3D and 2D and the atmosphere is really scared me out 5555. Great game!
Thank you for playing our game! 🥰💖✨ I really understand the problem that you faced when playing. We actually want to make many type of rooms and I think the hit box of player is too big that I ever stuck once when I meed to roaming around room. We have less time to test the game. I'm really sorry for that🥹 I will fix this after jam. By the way, you deserved to S rank for me bro. I'm appreciate that.
I love it. Good work and good visuals. Although at some point I really don't understand what to do. would be best if you kinda make it easy for players to understand the objectives .
Thank you for playing our game! ☺️💞
I'm glad you like the art style of this game. In the start room, I made the "Survival Rules" that are shown on the wall. Maybe they should help you to play the game. But it's good feedback. I think I should make the visuals or some instructions that make it easier for players to understand. Thank you for giving this game a try! 🙏🙏✨
Wow love the anime art style! (idk if that's what it's called but it looks lovely). awesome job!
Thank you! I'm really glad to hear that 🥹🙏❤️
I don't know what to call it, too. Maybe 2.5 with an anime style. I took inspiration for this art style from "We have to get out of here! (はやくにげなきゃ)" so I want to make a game with a style like this. Thank you for playing our game ☺️
I really have to commend this game for its stunning visuals. It’s a unique style that you don't see very often, and it absolutely wowed me the moment I saw it.
Thank you for your compliment! 🥹🙏✨💞
I'm really glad you like the art and visuals of this game. I really took the time to make it unique and memorable. Hope you enjoy the game ☺️
It was very fun to play! at first the rule was somewhat confusing but it actually very easy to understand once you play it. my only issue is that having to pick-up the item every time is a bit tedious but overall good game!
Thank you for playing our game! 🙏💞✨
I'm really glad that you can understand the game, I'm kinda concerned about it🥹Btw I'm agree with you about pick up items every time is make player boring about this. I just want to get into the concept of LOOP that you need to do the same thing again and again, but it's not work in the game, right 😂 Thank you for your valuable feedback again!
The loop mechanic is fantasticทtreating it as a concrete rule with turn-based entity steps, locking doors, and survival notes gives it a great tabletop-horror feel where you learn by failing.
The only real issue is the opening pace. The system is ready to roll, but the first room is so large and dim that wandering around just to find the card stalls your momentum before any of the cool features kick in.
Visually, the atmosphere is spot on. The title card sets a great tone, and even with low-poly gray boxes, the scattered sheets, cracked mask, and cold lighting make the space feel genuinely watched.
Thank you so much for playing HOLLOW HALL and for your feedback 🥹❤️🙏
I'm really glad you enjoyed the loop mechanic and the atmosphere, we really put a lot of time into this. I agree that the opening could be better paced, especially the items, and the start room should be easier to see. I'll definitely keep this in mind as I improve.
Thank you again for giving my game a try!
