Nice game very hooky but maybe add revive options for people that fall off Also the top bar is too big and it blocks a players view while attempting to jump to the next platform Also I don’t see it as a simulation game cause it doesn’t show any meaningful consequence for your actions or anything

I am playing on PC.
I am deeply sorry but I could not play this for more than 5 minutes as the game play itself is very frustrating for me:
1. The screen automatically turns when I am jumping causing me to sometimes just fall because I had already started jumping to the next platform causing me just to jump onto nothing and plummet to my doom. The automatic turning is not even in the same direction every time so it is hard to adapt to it as well which only adds to my frustration to play this.
2. One of the platforms seems to be bugged as well. On a Yellow Triangle one despite landing in the middle my character went straight through it as if it had no physics plummeting to my demise.
Overall I do not want to wait for the screen to automatically turn first before jumping as it forces me to slow down the pace of the game from what I want to do. Which is also frustrating for a game to do on purpose if that is the case.
Please add an option to disable this to make it a reasonable game to play.
I did at least enjoy the art and sound of the game as its redeeming factors beyond just the game play.
On a personal note I find the little balls that seem to be acting as guides to be unintuitive as the next platform is just right there and acts as more of a distraction from seeing the platforms as clearly as need be.
Love the outrun/cyberpunk vibes. I had trouble understanding what the purpose of the little "balls" pointing to the platforms were for, but I didn't mind them overall. The UI felt a little boilerplate, and I am not a fan of using Emojis in UI, especially in a game where one is trying to capture a unique genre aesthetic (cyberpunk). Custom icons with a hand selected colorway would go a long way.
Love an endless jumping game in general, but I didn't quite make the connection to simulation, personally.
But, as it is, it is an enjoyable jumping game with fun visuals! Thanks for sharing it!
Edit: I see that the reason this game is not a simulation game is that you did not necessarily make it for this jam, lol
