What a charming idea. I fed the starter 1:2:2 with white flour on the kitchen counter, peeked hour by hour until the jar said "At peak", and baked The Cloud Nine. It scored 47: flavor and crust were perfect, but the council told me the crumb needed more fermentation and the construction crew clocked out too early. That kind of clear, funny feedback makes me want to bake again straight away. The Microbe Council voices (yeast taking credit for the skyline, the bacteria asking for credit for flavor) are a delight, and the jar readout with the rubber band is a smart way to teach reading a real starter.

Liked the theme and most of the actual art. Heavy handed on the text. And most of it felt authored by AI without adjustments. Managed to bake a good loaf so there’s that.

I struggled to get the orders out haha but it was a good simulation. There was definitely a lot of information on the screen, being eased into it with an in game tutorial or something like that would have been nice. The event pop ups didn't feel too consequential either

But overall it was fun and I enjoyed it! :)
