Very easy to pick up, and the enemy's learning system makes you want to play again and again. The level of polish goes way beyond what I expected from a game jam project. fantastic work!

My only feedback is about the thought display: it changes so fast that it didn't really work well as a tip for me. I know this might be hard to change, but if there were a clearer way to show how the AI learns, it could take the game's depth to an even higher level.

Developer

I think I could make that a reality for you, that may be the next update...

Had a blast, thanks for sharing this one! Would be pretty fun to have multiple opponents with different styles to adapt to, etc.

Developer

Depending on how well it does, I may add different opponents!

Very Fun, Thought it was going to be too much to learn at first, but once you play a few rounds it is pretty intuitive. I'm not sure I noticed Posture making a huge impact on the way I played, everything else felt really well balanced though.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, I mainly added posture as a way to make the bash less OP.

One of the stronger submissions to the jam! Very good art direction. Found the gameplay just a tad bit tedious or repetitive. Games like mortal kombat vary this with more weapon choices But the concept of a learning enemy is strong.

Developer

Yeah I did find it tedious at times, depending on how well the game does, I may add more styles.

This is really cool and impressive. Great idea, feels very satisfying to toy around with. Took him a while to adapt to my masterful strategy of spamming light attack

Developer(+1)

Clearly you are just the best light attacker to ever bless his gaze.
