It’s basically a slightly more involved Risk / civilization with realtime building and live sim all around you but way too hard for me.

Wow, comparing it to Risk and Civilization is a huge compliment, thank you so much! I actually just pushed a brand new update to fix the early game pacing and clean up the map based on your feedback. The railway network is now much simpler (only built around factories), the tutorial is updated, and the early game should feel much more balanced now. I'd love it if you gave it another try whenever you have time!

Lots of content packed in here! The parchment-style world map and menus look great, and having several maps, modes (including a historical 1600 mode) plus Turkish and English is impressive for a jam. I founded my capital in Australia, expanded with a few clicks, signed a trade treaty when the Zulu sent me a letter, and built my first city, and the tutorial walked me through each step nicely. The live leaderboard and the long list of buildings and units give a big sense of scope. Fun to jump into. Nice work!

Thank you so much for the amazing feedback! I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the parchment style, the historical mode, and the tutorial. It's awesome that you managed to establish your capital in Australia and trade with the Zulus! Thanks for playing and taking the time to share your thoughts!"
