The neon synthwave look is gorgeous: the glowing title over the wireframe mountains, then a whole isometric town drawn in cyan and magenta outlines with little cyclists and pedestrians streaming between the buildings. The welcome text is a treat too (New Coke on the shelves, Highlander being swapped for Top Gun on the marquee, "the word internet means absolutely nothing here"), and casting the player as a freelance marketing consultant out to make a brand spread by word of mouth is a really original angle on a city builder. The build menu with residential, recreational, hospitality and shopping tiers in small, medium and large is clear, and I can see how seeding amenities to grow the population feeds the branding campaign.

Main menu and intro graphic of buildings/trees/people popping in are both really polished!

Lot of text in the beginning but it was interesting, I love the idea of simulating a time before cell phones and trying to be the next "pepsi" or whatever.

When I selected a brand, the color of everything changed. Figured it was a filter of some sort to show the branding, but not sure how to leave it.

Bit confused at this point on how I can increase my branding. I suppose just by continuing to build up the town? I'm kind of just blindly adding buildings because I'm not sure which ones I need.

Love the interaction of a bunch of people falling out of the air when you place a house. Bit odd that scroll forward on mouse zooms out.

Yeah so I built a ton of buildings, filling up a couple city blocks, but still didn't see any change in the branding so not sure what to do at this point!

Overall: Love the vibe, the aesthetic/animations are fun and the music/sfx work good. I like the idea as well, of introducing a "meme" like you said in the discord I think. But it's a bit too free right now, needs some more structure to guide the player I think because I didn't have much idea of what did what.

Visually its the most distinct game in the jam, looks gorgeous. I think the UI got a bit cluttered at points which made it a bit difficult to see what's going on but it was fun!

Wow this looks so cool! The art direction and color palettes are such a great fit. I think this has the bones to become a suuper satisfying sandbox game

Thanks for playing. There is still a long way to go before going to steam, hoping to get some support and mentorship from the judges ;)
