Design Statement
The theme song begins simply, with its rhythm gradually growing more complex and its mood intensifying—much like the journey from knowing nothing to beginning to understand the world. The song’s chords and melody evoke a profound sense of exploration; this inspired me to create a game centered on the themes of discovery and enlightenment. In this game, players start with all their abilities already unlocked; as they venture deeper, they gradually come to understand both the world around them and themselves.

Initially I considered designing object that can allow player to grow from 6 squares in length to 7. But the time was limited, and implementing such a change would have significantly increased the difficulty of level design.
makes sense, i had fun collecting them anyway!
A cool experiment. Yes, the game is stylish, but it’s small. Walking around generally works fine, but there are occasional bugs with movement and the cube stretching.
Thank you for playing. Can you tell me more about the bugs?
I’m not sure how to explain it. In some places, I can manage to stay on the platforms by stretching the square, but in certain specific spots, the square just refuses to stay on the platform.
That’s a game mechanic:)
whether or not it stays on depends on the landing state of the head and tail.
