If I had to describe my inconvenience: trying to play one-handed with my right hand on the phone as I am left-handed, and the multiple options/answers appear on the left side of the screen(I guess it is obvious what I'm trying to say here). It isn't THAT much of a problem anyways but I think it would be a great detail to add in the future. Also I love your game, looking forward for more content.
