Hey Crow, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately the tool I'm using to make the adventures (Adventure Game Studio) can only build to Windows. But I am working on targeting other platforms.
11 years later, you can also use ScummVM. :) ScummVM will run AGS games. I played this in ScummVM. And when you install it, you will have a krapton of adventure games at your disposal (though you have to provide them yourself).
