I clear all of the ending but still missing 1 CG in the last page. Could you tell me how to get it?

Hey there Bánh, thanks for playing!

So this CG is unlocked by selecting the correct choice when Valerius and Portia are talking in the hallways about the jailer early in the game. This choice is unlocked only after completing Clodia's main ending.
