I know about this bug and it will be fixed in V1.4.1, a minor update for the android version (since the bug doesn't happen on pc versions) which will be coming out soon.
Thanks for reporting these bugs! They have been fixed in the V1.4.3.1 bugfix update.
That is not actually a bug. I made it so the AI player isn't able to go through the first yellow door until after you get the first notebook.
