I love the idea, and the cute low poly high contrast style :D.
My only real issue was trying to use the mushrooms - they seem to have issues with the bouncing, and it feels like they bounce at random heights each time you hit them, even if you try to jump while bouncing :). The hitboxes on the aerial cheese was also a bit difficult when that evil bird challenged me to a race!
Outside of that, I managed to eat 5 of the cheeses, but couldn't get the mushrooms in icy rush to bounce me high enough to reach the airborne cheese.
