Fun and simple little minigame! Congrats on being able to make it function on hardware as well. The game did feel a lot faster, which made it a lot harder, than what the video entails though.

Yaaayyy

This is an arduboy, the one on my video was made by me (it runs on an arduino pro micro) but you can Google arduboy and find their page and forums

(but I really wanna get my hands on a pybadge, but for now even the lite version is too expensive for me QwQ)

Pretty fun game. Very cool you got this on some kind of hardware device. Could it maybe be the game physics are attached to your framerate? I have a 144hz screen and the game felt waaay too fast for me.

oh.... i didn't tought on that, but yes all is attached to framerate, since the game runs on hardware we just lock it to a framerate and work from there
but i guess the emulator could have those flaws

if you really enjoyed it, i recomend you to go to the arduboy forums
there's a lot of games that are waayyy bettter than mine, and super impresive

The fact that you ran this on your own system is so flippin cool! I'd love to be able to do something like that someday. You've made a cute lil cootie crushing game, and you should be super proud!

also, speaking of my quagguino (or any arduboy clone) they take some little work but not as hard to make as they look, and it's a really fun project that i really recommend!

I was waiting for the next level to appear until I noticed the levels changed as you killed the cooties. I wish there were a set amount of entities per level as I feel it would have felt more rewarding.

Damn this game was pretty hard, but the difficulty made me want to play it more to try and beat my previous high score never got out of the 200's though

That's awesome it was very much had that like flappy bird effect where it was simple but addicting enough to make you want to keep playing to beat your high score

This is a very hard game and the bug with bullets running "with" you is not making it easier, but is fun!

It's a pretty simple game but the fact that it can run on an arduboy is pretty awesome. The emulator works well. Although, at least for me, it felt like the game was running really fast. After many tries I got a score of 470. I wish I could see the game in action in an arduboy! Well done!
