Oh man, I love this aesthetic. Clever twist on the theme...challenging from the start...and the HUD's fart meters are top notch. Thanks for the laughs!

How does you game fit the theme?
You are not alone at the house, so you have to make sure to don't show bad manners in front of them.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code and made most of the assets, didn't do the characters.

(I am now in a rush to test as many games as possible to help, so please do not mind the cursory reviewing style.)
Semi-on-the-fly remarks:
controls ARE layout-independent!! :D (I have an AZERTY keyboard)
P works for pause; I advise writing it somewhere (on the game page, and in the game when you have the chance again)
Not obvious to get where you can get detected or not: is it room-wise? Also, farted (in a corridor, I think), then went up, and got detected while not farting! ._. So, is there some farting DELAY around which you can still get detected? Ah, maybe if you are still in a fart-full room WHEN a suspicious person ENTERS?
Oh, did not notice "and broke up with you"! XD And the gloomy music continues! Well, that escalated quickly. ;)
I think adding some kind of counter/statistic could help the player knowing how he fares, and get a high score.
Takeaway: stealth game with a (stinking) twist! XD Funny and effective; even the music is stealthy, which is fitting. Sound effects are great, the main mechanic is simple and clear, the UI indications and controls are clear. :) The only two things I could really reproach the game for would be that knowing when you can get detected is not really obvious (some dynamics area indications could help? The farting fumes do not tell everything, apparently), and that some other mechanics would have kept interest in the longer run.
I see on the game page that you went for originality (contradicting both of two Brackeys’s video pieces of advice, saying that the first idea is the best and that you should not try to invent a new original concept XD) and learnt from your previous game jam to go for simplicity and efficiency: a lesson well applied, well done! :) Ironically, I wish you had extended the scope of the game a little, but it is already pleasing as it is.
PS: I feel bad for having to compare long games (such as PLAT Inc., NeededTwo, or Cubemunity) with shorter ones as this one, because I feel you can get better judgement with less content, since length or lifespan is not a criterion. This is not a criticism against shorter games, but an intrinsic problem when allowing such a wide variety in games.
This game is actually hilarious, and fun too, I love it. It's such a great concept and mechanic. I don't know exactly how the AI works, but it always felt pretty fair and realistic. It's definitely challenging though; I played it a bunch of times and only managed to win twice. The only minor issue I had was that it was sometimes confusing where the walls were. The art is otherwise fine though, and the audio is perfect. I could see this being fleshed out into a larger game. Great work!
This is extremely dumb and I love it. Thank you for making it.
This is the sort of straight-forward concept that sings in a jam but would find difficulty finding space anywhere else. Except maybe mid-2000 flash games. Well executed, art and sound that doesn't take itself too seriously, and some clever level design all make for a very nice little jam game. Well done!
I did find it a bit too difficult and I couldn't tell for sure what triggered the ending, but I still had fun giving it a few goes.
Congrats on finishing your game. Keep making games!
Last jam I did a very complicated game, for this one I really wanted to be straight forward and to fit the theme properly, I’m glad you could find it that way! So to win you had to "remove" all the gas from your stomach, meaning you won’t fart uncontrollably anymore, maybe I should have explained it better, thanks for playing ^^
It's so funny, the sound effect made it more funnier. Also, the art was simple but it was so good. the difficulty was right. only once that i farted in front of someone but i didn't lose.
But still awesome Game :)
AHAHAHAA I LOVE THIS GAME <3 it's so fun and i'm glad it's simple! i am SUPER bad at it :)
Actually my favorite jam game I've played, and I've played dozens of games so far. Fantastic music, great sound effects, and best part, it was actually really fun! At first I thought it was too challenging but I kept trying and refined my strategy and eventually beat it. Loved every moment. Add more levels!! I'll play them.
This is a very funny interpretation of the theme. Good job, I really enjoyed your game !
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA That's a GENIUS take on the theme, I laughed like child while playing! That was simple, but fun, I really enjoyed it =).
Did I miss an ending, or is it an endless level =) ?
Bonus point for supporting other keyboard layouts than WASD !
