Such a unique vibe in the first track (definitely my favorite). Ruined Downtown definitely has a kind of dystopian feel, especially with that low synth on the tonic. Third track is some epic orchestral, and Wishing Star is a magical conclusion. Great work!

Each track has such a specific personality and it's great!
They're all quite cinematic, and I love the simple ambience and briefness of 'Wishing Star Theme'
It's the perfect synths and instruments to use for that
Nice work!
This was great! I think your take on the theme was particularly creative, and I could totally see your game being a real thing! Your soundtrack fit very well to what you described, with its mostly orchestral, melancholy vibe, but featuring some less natural sounds as well depending on the context. I'm a big fan!
Underground: The sounds you use are so intriguing. The machine-like whirring pad in the background gives the sense of being underground while the synth plucks/reverse plucks give it an almost space-like feel. The simplicity of the melody and instrumentation paired with the intricacy of the effects gives a really cool sound that paints a vivid picture of the underground world the main character has always been in.
Ruined City: The low pad sounds so cinematic! I love the flute and cello together - they work very well together to create the barren sound you effectively employ. The rhythmic pattern that comes in after about 1:23 adds a little energy and excitement to the track that makes me feel ready for an adventure! Then the drums at 2:34 add another layer that works so well! This song does a great job with vertical layering and would accompany this ruined urban wasteland very well.
Skyscraper: The rising arpeggios make me think of climbing upward. The brassy layer is very epic sounding! I really like the return of the “ruined” sound at 2:34- this makes your OST cohesive. This is a cool take on the “Wish Upon a Star” theme! Thank you for sharing!
Great job! I like the mix of surreal and cinematic sounds—They really worked to convey the post-apocalyptic theme.
Great work! I love how the tracks started sparse and built up with the narrative as you climb out from underground and then back to this sparse little tune for finding the wishing star. Wonderful job!
My God, this is beautiful! I remember you from the Town Music Jam #2, with your gorgeous Sunflower City, so I knew what quality to expect :)
All area's seem fitting given the themes - Underground is the entry stage (could as well be above ground, but underground fits equally well), calm.
RuinedCity truly feels like a wrecked city, perfect use of instruments and low octaves. The moment the drums kicked in at 2:30, the song went from a 8 to a 9 for me, and as soon as the part at 2:45 kicked in... the 10 was reached. It is truly an amazing end to an already amazing song!
SkyScraper feels like a final stage, and the part from 2:29 (or rather: 2:40) feels like you've reached your destination.
Oh, almost forgot 'WishingStar'! It sounds nice, it feels almost like a 'you obtained the item' song, how short it is.
The songs remind me of Celeste a bit, but that may just be the similarity in concept (climbing a "tower"). Overall, great job!
Kudos for thinking outside of the box! Very nice take on the theme.
Your soundtrack is very cohesive, and conveys, I believe, just the emotions you were hoping for. I love the intensity in the mid section of "Scaling Skyscrapers", with the fast strings, and with the start of the track, you can tell the intensity builds up as you climb higher and higher, and the journey becomes more dangerous, before finally calming down as you have supposedly reached the top, and you can finally breathe and process the peril you were just in.
Your tracks all feel like they build on each other, the stakes getting higher, the dangers increasing as you progress throughout the stages, and the orchestration is very clean, well done!
Creative interpretation of the theme, turning this into something dystopian. What a twist! Ruined Downtown has a really haunted feel. I can sense the dust and tumbleweeds. Scalinc Skyscrapers is my fav, very nice violin part. Wishing Star theme nailed the starry feel spot on. thanks for sharing!
Amazing soundtrack, Scaling Skyscrapers was my favourite track. Well done!
I love the ambiance brought by Ruined City! Wonders after leaving the underground unfold and you can feel the adventure starting.
Then the violins really translate a sensation of ascending in Skyscraper.
I expected more rythm in a platformer but this fits well with the theme and give an original feeling to that kind of game. Nice one! :)
