I always rate anyone who leaves a comment on my submission. It's simply a common curtesy to do so. At least for me it is.
But, I guess not everyone feels that way. I rated 28 so far, only got 9 ratings on mine...

hey! just about to lock in the rating rn, i do rate the games of people who comment on mine, this is just a way to get some extra ratings and to make sure that i dont miss out on really cool games!
I don't mind at all that you ask for rate4rate. It's just that I feel no one should have to ask for it in the first place.
