Well game is good, but screen is shaking a bit to much.

The screen shake is so intense I can't tell what's going on; I press start game and there is a blur of colors and sounds and then I get a game over. If I could turn the screen shake off then maybe I will understand the objective and be able to listen to the wonderful music for longer!

And some more feedback on losing a life would be nice

Awesome little arcade game! Art and music were cool, but I wish there was a little less screen shake. Great work though!

Game is pretty fun! But mega-boss bacteria occasionally spawning in your brush and you lose life. Also, screen shaking looks nice at the beginning, but with time I have tired of this.

Nice implementation of the brush moving theme. Liked the fast and smooth high-score-chase gameplay.  Tried multiple times to get near 30k something score and it keeps saying you can get more,  :-( surmised that the mouth will always have germs, so i stopped .. lol ... nice job !!!! 

Nice, simple, and clean with beautiful UI and music.
