EDIT 1: Everyone, thank you so much for posting all of these amazing games here! However I am just a single person, and it will take me a while to get around to all of your games. So now I call on YOU to play, rate, and leave a comment on all of these cool games here! Thanks :)

EDIT 2: Wow! There are a lot of games here, but unfortunately I won't have a lot of time to play all of the ones on the second and third pages, I'm very sorry! Don't worry, I won't be laying zero, just not all of them :P So again I ask you guys to help each other out! Thanks :)

Hello!

So I know that there are a lot of great games out there that aren't getting the attention they deserve, and I want to help address that. So I've started this topic where people who have gotten under 30 ratings can post there game here and I will play, rate, and leave a comment on their game as soon as I can.

I will only be able to play browser game or windows games, but preferably browser ones.

I am doing this so that the average ratings are more reliable for every game in the jam. It would be a shame if an amazing game only got rated by a few people and thus didn't qualify for the rankings. So now I ask all of you reading this post to go to the "Submissions in need of ratings tab", or just check out the games posted here, and rate, play, and leave feedback on that game. I know how encouraging it is to those game developers, and I would like to give them the attention they deserve!

Now who's with me?

Thank you very much for reading this post :)

Here's my game with 15 ratings - art's definitely weak and there's no sound because I ran out of time, but I'm pretty proud of it for its gameplay: /jam/gmtk-2019/rate/462374

Our game is named Impulse. We have only 16 ratings. This tricky, single-level game will put your platforming abilities to the test.

What's waiting for you in the dark? Only One way to find out. Be Impulsive and take a leap of faith.

Good luck, and thank you for playing.

Only One Sprite was used to make Only One Level, and you get Only One Pulse to help you out.

Here's another one with 15 ratings if you're interested - a short one-button game a small twist on the Morse code idea. Sorry, I did want to submit this as a browser game, but had some audio issues with WebGL.

Game made in one pixel, currently at 8 ratings: /jam/gmtk-2019/rate/46249

Is there a minimum number of ratings needed for rankings? I hadn't seen that mentioned anywhere.

And yeah, I think that if you get only a couple it doesn't count...? I'm pretty sure... Or wait, am I confusing it with Ludum Dare? Idk, sorry XD

the forest area is really tough. most people have said it is but im still looking for somebody who can.

its a small 2MB file :) windows

Our game is Called "One Earth", probably around 11 reviews last I saw. You control a giant mech as it walks around the planet in a 2D plane. You must save Earth from a cartoonish swarm of aliens by building turrets in different biomes (Sand, Ocean, Mountains, and Plains) to defend your home as you make your way toward an escape. Each biome has a different affect on the turret. You can stack them,  turn them into shields and more, but BE CAREFUL, using to much of Earth has its own consequences.

My game has 20 ratings. The biggest issue with my game was that I didn't explain the mechanics properly within the game. But now I think I explained it pretty well in the description, so I want a second chance.
One Block is a challanging puzzle-platformer with only one platform. Use the teleporters to teleport the block. It requires not only logic but also time management and fast reaction.
(Read the description to understand the mechanics)

We made a horror game in which there is only one light source, we didn't quite get the audio in, some stuff is janky, and the game does not have an ending, but here it is, we are currently on 9 ratings.

One important thing to keep in mind is that the light gets brighter the farther from the ground it is, and can be thrown straight up.
